Devinder had always wanted to bring a proper Punjabi brunch pop-up to life—something bold, authentic, and only available on weekends. But earlier attempts didn’t quite take off. Customers were often confused, especially since the brunch was being served out of East West Pizza without its own clear identity. Menus were unclear, serving times were inconsistent, and there was no real brand or online presence to support it.

The goal was to relaunch Punjab Club and give it its' own presence without confusion.

We revived an old social media profile with a fresh bio, updated profile photo, and a clean slate. To build early momentum, we created teaser content and posted it in collaboration with the East West account. This led into a dedicated launch campaign offering 50% off food on Punjab Club’s opening day for anyone who interacted with the post. Automated DMs were sent to confirm the offer and drive footfall.

The launch was a success. A year on, Punjab Club has built a loyal following, with customers travelling from afar just to experience the weekend brunch hosted within East West Pizza. Confusion around opening times has been completely resolved, and Punjab Club now stands with a strong, distinct brand voice. Content has reached over 38,000 views across TikTok and Instagram—and continues to grow.
